Ishida Grinding Industrial Co., Ltd. specializes in polishing various materials through "metal polishing," which beautifully restores the shine of metals that have lost their luster due to rust and aging, and "paint polishing," which enhances the surface of painted items. ■ "Metal Polishing" We create the desired gloss using buff polishing with various grits of emery powder, sisal buffs, and cotton bias for mirror finishes. ■ "Paint Polishing" We utilize a wide variety of buffs and abrasives to produce high-quality surfaces. Additionally, you can choose from finishes such as mirror, satin, and shot. ☆☆ Polishing Example ☆☆ When polishing with standard iron buffs, water marks can occur, which will appear after plating. We perform standard polishing to remove scratches and achieve gloss. At this stage, water marks may form, so we then manually sand the surface to achieve a mirror finish (successfully suppressing the occurrence of water marks through careful selection of mirror finishing tools and rotation speed). At that time, products from other competitors had a defect rate of 90%, and manufacturers were using air freight daily to supply parts to the United States. After much trial and error, we arrived at the above process, which reduced our defect rate to about 10%, allowing us to switch to shipping by sea.
